Biography
Teaching, research, and consulting work in short
Dr. Noura Al-Otaibi teaches industrial engineering at the College of Engineering. She joined the university in 2013 and now leads the Operations Research group. Her work covers scheduling, vehicle routing, and quality control in public services.
She has supervised 24 master's theses and led six funded research projects. She also advises government bodies on service capacity planning and process improvement.
